How do I sign up for The UP Club Rewards Program? Joining The UP Club Rewards Program is quick and free. Just create an account on our website and you’ll automatically start earning points with every purchase. Once you’re logged in, you can view your points, redeem rewards, and access member‑only perks anytime.

How are my Sips (rewards points) calculated? You earn 10 Sips for every $1 spent, based on your product subtotal before tax, discounts, and shipping.
Your Sips are added automatically at checkout.

If you use a reward, discount, or receive free shipping, your points are calculated on the remaining subtotal only.
For example, if your order qualifies for free shipping, the $4 shipping value is considered a discount in the system, so it isn’t included in your Sips calculation total.

How do I redeem my Sips points? Each reward redemption generates a single‑use code that applies to one rewards item. If you’d like to redeem multiple rewards items, simply redeem each one separately to receive a unique code for each item.

Can I use one rewards code for more than one item?
No. Each rewards redemption code is valid for one rewards item only. If you want more than one, you’ll just redeem again to receive an additional code.

How do rewards codes work?
Every time you redeem Sips, you’ll receive a unique code that applies to one rewards product. Codes are entered at checkout and cannot be combined or used for multiple items in the same order.

Do I earn UP Club Sip points when I purchase a gift card?
No, gift card purchases do not earn UP Club rewards points (Sips). Rewards points are earned when the gift card is used toward a product purchase, not when the gift card itself is bought. This keeps rewards accurate and prevents double‑earning on the same amount.


Can I buy an UP Club rewards item without a code? No. Rewards items must be redeemed with a rewards code. If a rewards item is purchased at full price without a code, the order will be refunded and not shipped.

Why was my order refunded for a rewards item?
Rewards items are available exclusively through our rewards program and require a unique redemption code. Orders placed without a code are refunded to keep the program fair and consistent for all members.

Can I choose my flavor for rewards items? No. Rewards flavors are fixed and not customizable.

Why can't I pick my rewards flavors anymore? To keep the Rewards Program simple, consistent, and easy to redeem, each reward tier now has a set flavor.

Yes, our teas do not contain any ingredients with gluten.
